Game day procedures
As we get ready to kick off our 2025 Fall Season, here are a few “HOUSEKEEPING” reminders going into the weekend!
•MATCH CARDS•
Each team will provide a match card for the game. Match cards can be printed the Friday before games to ensure time for player passes and roster additions. The winning team will receive back a signed match card from the referee post match and will be responsible for uploading and inputting scores on gotsport.
•PLAYER CARDS•
Each team must have player cards for each player ready & available at referee check in for all games.
•REF FEES•
Split evenly between Each Team -
$50/$30/$30 = $110 (9v9) ($55 per Team)
$60/$35/$35 = $130 (11v11) ($65 per Team)
Please bring exact cash to ensure each referee is paid appropriately.
•SIDELINE ETIQUETTE•
Please refer to the attached map for guidance on where coaches/ players/ spectators will sit during game times.
Both teams of players and coaches will share a sideline.
Spectators will be on the opposite sideline but we ask they be seated on the same half, directly across the field from their team’s bench.
No parents behind the goals or directly behind the corner flags.
Please give a respectable distance away from the sideline to account for corner kicks & throw-ins.
•SIDELINE SIBLINGS•
Parents, please make sure you are aware of your children at all times and they are respecting all aspects of the facilities. This includes the ELECTRIC MOWERS! Anyone caught disrupting or vandalizing the facilities and/ or equipment will be asked to leave.
