Amarillo Soccer Association Presents Halloween Havoc

Welcome to the ASA's  Annual

Halloween Havoc 3v3 Tournament under the lights !!
This is meant to be a fun tournament!

We'll be using gotsoccer again this year to manager our tournament registration and gamely experience with schedules and scores available through the easy-to-use website right from your smartphone.  

The schedule are posted 2-3 days prior to event.  Please use the got soccer site to see the schedule.  You can pick your favorite teams and follow their schedules, see scores, and receive updates on your smartphone.  

We look forward to hosting another successful year, and look forward to seeing everyone again!

October 24, 2020: U5 - Adults
Price per team $225.00 before 09/30/2020 $255 after

Tournament Fields
 

The following Fields will be used for October 24th:
Johnstiff Park Fields 3,4, and 5.

You should only park in designated parking areas. The map below shows the designated parking areas at JSM.  If the parking area has lined spots, you should only park within the marked spots.  Parking on the loop road and on the grass is prohibited. Violators may be ticketed.

Guidelines for Covid-19 at the Halloween Havoc

PARENTS:

  1. No Parent allowed to participate if they are ill or running fever.
  2. Tents must be 6 feet apart from the next tent.
  3. Tents only allowed in the tent area.
  4. All spectators older than 10 years of age are required to wear a mask unless 6 feet apart.

 

GENERAL

  1. Limit of 3 spectators per player, this includes siblings.
  2. Spectators can set up chairs with a 6-foot distance between other spectators and the playing fields. 
  3. Facial coverings are required at this time.
  4. When a team is leaving the coaches will be asked to take all trash and throw it away.
  5. Take all team chairs with them and disinfect them after every game.
  6. We will be having a security officer to help maintain social distancing
  7. We will have signs posted of where our hand washing stations will be and to maintain social distancing.
  8. If you are caught not social distancing or wearing your mask properly, we have the right to make you leave the premises.

 

COACHES AND PLAYERS:

  1. Home team will start with the ball no captain meetings
  2. All players must have their equipment labeled with name.  Along with water bottles.  No sharing of equipment or water.
  3. Equipment bags are to be placed to the side of the players
  4. Players are to be reminded to keep hands away from face.
  5. Players coming from the bathroom are recommended to use hand sanitizer before returning to the game.
  6. No hand shaking, high fives, hugs etc.. before or after games.
  7. No physical contact (hugs, hand shaking, high fives)
  8. Provide coaching instruction following proper Social Distancing guidelines. Avoid “huddling up” of players.
  9. No player allowed to participate if they are ill or running fever.

 

Tent-o-Treat and Tent Decorating Contest

We have some fun under the lights- Please bring a bag of candy. We take a break on all fields at 7pm for 30 mins to Tent-o-treat! 

We also have a tent decorating contest! Trophies and prizes are given. Rules? Tent must be complete by tent-o-treat. 3 judges will walk around and turn their votes in. Prize to be given by end of the night. 

COSTUME CONTEST

 Halloween costumes are welcomed and encouraged as long as the entire team wears the same costume and their number is visible on the back of the uniform. Their movement can not be restricted. Prizes  for 1st and 2nd given for best team costume.
